What we collect
- Contact form: names, email, phone (optional), wedding date and venue, number of guests, service of interest, country and planner (optional), your message, the page you wrote from and how you reached the site (e.g. Instagram or Google).
- WhatsApp and email: the data you send us, to reply to you.
- Digital invitations: when a guest replies, their name, answer, number of adults and children, menu choice and optional notes (such as allergies, provided voluntarily). The couple is the controller of this data; we process it on their behalf only to manage the invitation.
- Technical data: for security the server stores a hashed, shortened IP address to limit repeated submissions and abuse.
Why and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
- Providing the photography and film service if you book it: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b) and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- Managing invitation replies on behalf of the couple (Art. 28). Any allergy information is used only to organise the reception, based on the consent of the person providing it (Art. 9.2.a).
- Website security and spam prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising without your specific consent, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a contract: up to 24 months.
- Contract data: for the duration of the service and 10 years for tax purposes.
- Invitation replies: up to 12 months after the event, unless the couple asks otherwise.
Who can access it
Only us and the technical providers we need: our web hosting and email services. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, where present, videos from YouTube or Vimeo; these services receive the visitor's IP address and may process it outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. The WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, which processes data under its own policy.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your data (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to clasuriano0@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
